In my design, I want to drive a LED using two different supplies depending on the control signal for n-mosfet.
One of the supply will be disabled at boot-up.
P MOS will be used to enable supply for the LED.
I have designed the following in LT Spice but it’s not working as expected.
When I have the connection from Drain of one P-MOS to another, there is a path through the body diode to the disabled supply. In real scenario it will be like Vcc to GND short. Could anyone help suggest new approach to implement the functionality I require.
